Ever since its commissioning, M/s. Shri Rathi Steel Limited has undergone continuous capacity expansion and efficiency improvement programs. Today, the installed capacity of the plant stands at 20,000 MT of TMT bars per month, which is amongst the highest in the area.
M/s. Shri Rathi Steel Limited is also accredited with the following certifications and accolades: –
- We have been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and have been awarded ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
- We are also one of the few steel companies in India who have been authorized by Centre de Recherches Metallurgiques (CRM), Belgium to use their prestigious TEMPCORE trade name on our steel bars.
- We have also been awarded for “Successfully implementing energy-efficient technologies and contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions” by the United Nations (UN), under their United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

We were the first company in India to introduce the concept of Extra Long TMT bars (Up to 19 meters)” in India, which resulted in huge savings in consumption of TMT Bars, Time and Money
As a pilot project, we supplied 225MT of 18.6 meters long TMT bars to M/s. Bestech India Pvt Ltd, for their project in Haryana and the results, were remarkable. We are pleased to share the same with you, for your ready reference: –
- Saving of approx. 29% by the elimination of overlapping and scrap generation
- Saving of approx. 23% in contractors bill due to the reduction in consumption of steel

In the last few years, the plant has undergone a 3 phase modernisation program, resulting in capacity expansion from 1,20,000 MT per Annum to 2,40,000 MT per Annum
